The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 88/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2026/2017, the case registered under Sections 341,323,325,379,504,147 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.
Keeping in view the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and also considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within Four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., Giridih in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No. 88/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2026/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to the further condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs. 7,000/- each( Total Rs. 14,000/-) in the court below on or before his date of his surrender
Thereafter the court below shall issue notice to the informantDinesh Verma for his appearance alongwith his mother and after proper verification shall release an amount of Rs. 10,000/- to the informant and Rs. 4,000/- to his mother.
