Taking into consideration the period of custody, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge I, Khunti in connection with Khunti Police Station Case No.67 of 2012 (G.R. No.193 of 2012) corresponding to Sessions Trial No.895 of 2012, with a condition that the petitioner will appear before the Trial Court on each and every date and the petitioner will also appear and mark his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge, Khunti Police Station once in a month and in the event the petitioner fails to appear before the Trial Court on any single date and/or he fails to appear before the Officer-in-Charge, Khunti Police Station in any particular month, bail bonds furnished by the petitioner will stand cancelled and the Trial Court/Officer-in-Charge, Khunti Police Station will take all steps for re-arrest of the petitioner.
