This is a matrimonial dispute. The matter was referred to JHALSA, Ranchi for mediation. The report of the Mediator suggests that the parties have resolved their dispute. O.P. No. 2 has got no objection if the provisional bail granted to this petitioner is confirmed.
In view of the fact that the matter between the parties has been resolved, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the provisional bail, granted to this petitioner namely, Rajesh Kumar Singh vide order dated 30.07.2018, in connection with C.P. Case No. 1561 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, is hereby made absolute.
This application stands allowed.
