9/5.07.2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner has kidnapped 14 years old girl. The statement of the victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which she supported the prosecution case.
In that view, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Taiyab Ansari, in connection with Rajrappa, P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 771 of 2017 (S.T. No. 132 of 2017), pending in the Court learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh, is hereby rejected.
Thus, this application stands dismissed.
