7/04.07.2018 The report of the Mediator, JHALSA, Ranchi has been received. It has been informed that the mediation is successful. Both the parties, i.e. the petitioner and O.P. No. 2 also admit the same and submit that they are living together.
Learned counsel appearing for O.P. No 2, submits that he has no objection if the provisional bail granted to this petitioner is confirmed.
In view of the fact that the mediation is successful and both the parties are living together, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to this petitioner namely, Anjarul Sk vide order dated 05.03.2018, in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 (G.R. No. 748/2017), pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Rajmahal, is hereby made absolute.
