Counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. He submits that from the post-mortem report it would be clear that there is no external injury on the person of the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail and submits that within one and half years of marriage the deceased died but cannot deny the submission of the counsel for the petitioners that there is no external injury.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are in custody since 22.02.2018 and also the fact that there is no injury on the person of the deceased, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr Police Station Case No. 247 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1068 of 2017).
