Petitioners are accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act, in connection with Karmatanr Police Station Case No. 14 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 54 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they are involved in cyber crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no evidence of any electronic transaction as against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioners are in custody since 17.01.2018.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State assisted by the Investigating Officer opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submit that e-wallets were found in the mobile phones. Learned A.P.P. after going through the Case Diary submits that they have received no information from the service providers to suggest whether there is any transaction or not.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, petitioners, abovenamed, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
