The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pursudih P.S. Case No. 71/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1345/2017, the case registered under Sections 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in FIR but he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that at para-31 of the case diary, the accused Ranjit Kumar Bhagat has admitted that he alongwith the petitioner and other accused persons have committed the aforesaid offence.
In view of nature of allegation as alleged against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, anticipatory bail applications of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected.
