Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 752 of 2007 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 419, 385, 500 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Pursuant to order dated 21.02.2018 both the parties are physically present along with learned counsels and in their presence possibility of reconciliation has been made.
It appears that prior to lodging of the instant case, complainant has filed Complaint Case No. 41 of 2005 on 07.06.2005 before the District Consumer Forum at Garhwa which was dismissed vide order dated 25.01.2007 and the said judgment has been challenged before the Jharkhand State Redressal Forum at Ranchi in F.A. No. 582 of 2007 which was also dismissed vide order dated 03.08.2007.
