The petitioner is an accused Sessions Trial No. 13 of 2018, arising out of Baliapur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 3687 of 2017, for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who died as a result of burning.
Since there is 95% burning, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, namely, Rajesh Loya on bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
Trial Court is directed to take all possible steps, so that the trial can be concluded at the earliest.
