Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i)(ii) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.70 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.429 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.
One country made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner for which he has remained in custody since 14.03.2018.
Taking into consideration the period of custody, petitioner, namely, Dulare Khan @ Rupchand, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.70 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.429 of 2018.
