1. This interlocutory application has been filed for seeking permission to withdraw this civil revision as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the alimony worth Rs.9 lakhs has been paid in terms of the settlement and on instruction of the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present civil revision.
3. Heard. In view of the averments made in the interlocutory application, this civil revision stands dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly, I.A. No.1911 of 2015 and I.A. No.6260 of 2017 are, hereby, disposed off.
