Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 IPC and Section 47 (a) Excise Act.
From the possession of this petitioner huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2017.
In view of the period of custody, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Kanhaiya Saw is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Deoghar in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 382 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2191 of 2017.
