Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. The case is under Section 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Further, the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail in B.A. No.7376 of 2016.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, petitioner, namely, Ravindra Kumar @ Mandal @ Tutua @ Tutuwa Mandal, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge I at Sahibganj in connection with Borio (J) Police Station Case No.107 of 2014 (G.R. No.228 of 2014) corresponding to Session Trial No.56 of 2015.
