Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 2794 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2751 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 387, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has worked with the opposite party no. 2 for a long time and during this period, there was never any complaint against the petitioner, but only just to harass, the false case of illegal demand has been made as against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and material collected by the I.O in para 6,7,8 and 16 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
