The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the IPC.
Pursuant to order dated 19.07.2018 a supplemantary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the O.P.No.2, wherein at para nos. 4 & 5, stated that pursuant to order dated 10.04.2017, whereby petitioner was directed to deposite Rs.11,00,000/- with the Jharkhand State Beberage Corporation Ltd., out of the outstanding due of Rs.21.55 lacs and till date the petitioner has deposited Rs.10,55,000 and now Rs.45,000 is due.
On query, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the remaining amount i.e.Rs.45,000/-.
So, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.45,000/- before the Jharkhand State Beverage Corporation Ltd. latest by 20.08.2018.
Under the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to admit the above named petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below latest by 20.08.2018 and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall release him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/(Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.,1st Class, jamshedpur, in connection with Bodam P.S. Case No.27/16, corresponding to G.R No.1977/16, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to further conditions is that the petitioner shall produce a copy of the receipt of the aforesaid amount before the trial court at the time of surrender.
