Petitioners are apprehending their arrest for offence registered under Sections341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 & 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. It is also submitted that the present case has been lodged by the informant only to save his skin as counter blast case of Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 lodged by one of the accused of this namely, Ramjit Yadav. It is also submitted that informant has received injury is simple in nature.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribag, in connection with Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 426 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
