5/ 24.11.2017. The present application has been filed for restoration of B.A No. 1358 of 2017 to its original file, which stood dismissed due to non compliance of the order dated 9.6.2017 passed therein.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order shall be complied with within a period of one week from today.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, B.A No. 1358 of 2017 is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the order dated 9.6.2017 passed therein shall be complied with within one week, failing which, the bail application shall remain dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
This application is accordingly, allowed with the direction as above.
