3/10.11.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 304-B of
the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.29 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.357 of 2013.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there being allegation against the petitioner to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death. Earlier the bail applications of this petitioner were rejected twice on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
