2/ 24.11.2017. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidgora P.S Case No. 64 of 2011, corresponding to G.R No. 1132 of 2011, S.T No.327 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The case relates to chain snatching and the son of the lady, whose chain was snatched, was murdered. The pistol, by which the murder was committed, was recovered from the petitioner and in the Forensic Science report, it was found that the empty cartridge recovered from the place of occurrence, was used in the said pistol.
The earlier bail applications of the petitioner were rejected on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Hareram Singh, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
