02 /12.06.2017 Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 registered under sections 147 / 149 /323 /504 /353 /427 /332 /283 /285 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. P.P. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and have not committed any offence as alleged. Similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.1059 of 2017 vide order dated 23.02.2017 and, therefore, they may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisonal Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection Rajrappa P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 (G.R. No.3155 of 2015) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
