03/16.06.2017 Apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.192 of 2016, (T.R. No.2790 of 2016) instituted under Sections 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Addl.P.P. Appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after investigation in Ramgarh P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/386/120B, police submitted Final Form and thereafter protest-cum-final complaint petition was filed on behalf of the informant and on the basis of which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and other co-accused for the offences punishable under Sections 384/34 of the I.P.C. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons namely Binod Kumar and Alok Kumar have been granted the privileges of anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.05.2017 in A.B.A No.5061 of 2016 and Arjun Sao and Savitri Devi have also been granted the privileges of anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.05.2017 in A.B.A No.4763 of 2016 by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. Hence, the petitioner may be given the privileges of anticipatory bail.

Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions of learned counsels and the facts and circumstances stated above, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh within four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrendering, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Complaint Case No.192 of 2016, (T.R. No.2790 of 2016) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
