Under order dated 14.02.2017 petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but counsel for the petitioner has submitted that “petitioner is a Sub Post Master of Branch Bano Post office” but due to typographical error in the second para of order dated 14.02.2017, it has been wrongly typed as “petitioner is a Junior Engineer”.
Be that as it may, the order dated 14.02.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 257 of 2017 is modified to that extent that in the second para, it should be read as petitioner is a “Sub Post Master” instead of petitioner is a “Junior Enginner” and further petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today.
Let a copy of the order be sent to the court below.
