Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that vide order dated 31.01.2017, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 606 of 2017 and the petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within two weeks and they were directed to deposit Rs. 18,000/- each in the trial court, but the petitioners are poor persons and they are not in a position to deposit such a heavy amount so the aforesaid amount kindly be reduced and period for surrender may also be extended.
In view of above submission, the order dated 31.01.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 606 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 15,000/- each in the court below on the date of their surrender. The deposition of aforesaid amount would be subject to the result of the case and the petitioners will surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today.
Cr.M.P. No.364 of 2017 stands allowed and disposed of.
