The petitioner is an accused in Sadar P.S.case no.592 of 2016 registered under Sections 356, 382 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was caught on the spot while committing robbery. It is alleged that the petitioner has also inflicted injury on the informant.
In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage. The petitioner is at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.
