learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 [G.R. No. 1132/2016], registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 324, 326, 307, 158, 435, 436, 337, 338, 120B, 353, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner is one of the members of the mob, who tried to create some disturbance during Ramnavmi Procession.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2016 and other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7418 of 2016 on 17.09.2016.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the nature of allegation and custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 1132 of 2016.
