The petitioner is an accused in Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S.case no.08 of 2016 registered under Sections 376/313/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on the false pretext of marriage, sexual relationship between the petitioner and the victim continued for the last 16 years. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that now they have resolved their dispute.
In view of the said submission, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in Ramgarh (Mahila) P.S case no.08 of 2016 corresponding to G.R.No.945 of 2016.
