The petitioner is an accused in Govindpur (Barwadda) P.S.case no.534 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The impugned order suggests that there is recovery of cash and ornaments from the possession of the petitioner which are looted articles.
In view of recovery of the aforesaid articles, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.
