The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.78 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.221 of 2015, S.T. No.129 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 449, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Witchcraft Act.
The case relates to double murder in which the father and mother of the informant were killed. The petitioners are the named accused in the F.I.R. itself.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners Bhandu Sanga, Birang Sanga & Bejo Tuti, is hereby rejected.
