Prosecution.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 150 of 2015.
The petitioner is the husband of the complainant informant and there being allegation against the petitioner to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and also to have burnt her, bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected on merits by order dated 14.7.2015 in B.A. No. 4035 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of petitioner, Mahfuj Ansari @ Mahfuj @ Mafuj. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
