03/ 05.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, in connection with Khalari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 4172 of 2015.
The petitioner was apprehended along with other co-accused persons on 10.7.2015 and from the possession of this petitioner, one country
made carbine, six cartridges and pamphlets of extremists were recovered.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Gopal Ganjhu @ Nirbhayji, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Barnwal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Khalari P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 4172 of 2015.
