Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been made accused as he happens to be uncle of the F.I.R. named co-accused Annu Singh; that in fact he has been made accused on the confessional statement of co-accused Annu Singh. It is submitted that he resides separately from the co-accused.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Heard. Considering the fact that name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of named accused, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Smt. N. Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3205 of 2014.
