the petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been made an accused in course of investigation. That the trial court while rejecting the prayer for bail has given finding that on the confession of the coaccused persons, the looted truck was recovered from the garage of co-accused, Rajesh Kr. Singh. It is submitted that said Rajesh Kr. Singh has been granted bail in B.A. No.7578 of 2015. That it would be evident that in the confessional statement of this petitioner that he has not stated that the said truck was lying in the garage of said Rajesh Kr. Singh. That the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2015. That despite the claim of the informant that he would identify the miscreants, the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P.
3. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
4. Heard. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T. No.11 of 2016 arising out of Chouparan P.S. Case No.113 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.2618 of 2015.
