Petitioner is accused for the offence registered under Section 302, 201 and 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been made an accused on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused Raj Tirkey @ Mangal who has been enlarged on bail vide B.A. No.3883 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2015.
Learned counsel appearing for the State while opposed the prayer for bail submitted that name of this petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused Raj Tirkey @ Mangal.
Heard. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T. No.203 of 2015 arising out of Khunti P.S. Case No.149 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.430 of 2015 subject to the condition that he shall be present before the trial court as and when directed till conclusion of the trial.
