At the outset learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner in connection with Bagodar (Saraiya) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014 (G.R. No. 972 of 2014, pending before the learned CJM, Giridih, as mentioned in Para-203 of the case diary.
In view of such fact that process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable, which is accordingly dismissed.
