Pursuant to the order dated 31.3.2016, Mr. Kranti Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Koderma is present in person. The diary which was called for earlier has already been received in the Court.
It has been stated that since the Superintendent of Police, Koderma was out of station for about two months, the order dated 20.01.2016/ 26.2.2016 could not be complied in time.
The explanation which has orally been submitted is accepted. List this case on 27.4.2016.
Mr. S. K. Srivastava, learned A.P.P. is directed to file counter
affidavit as directed in the order dated 20.01.2016 within a week.
Until further orders, the interim order dated 20.01.2016 shall continue.
The diary which has been received be handed over to the learned
A.P.P. for needful.
The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Koderma is dispensed with for the present.
