2/11.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Earlier anticipatory bail application of this petitioner was dismissed after some arguments by order dated 15.6.2011 in ABA No.997 of 2011.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.509 of 2010, for the alleged offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the complaint petition, there is direct allegation against the petitioner to have taken Rs.1,00,000/- from the complainant on the pretext of getting him employed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has prayed for anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
