The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was an employee of the company. That there is no allegation against this petitioner that he has received any money rather it is alleged that he has induced the villagers to invest in the company of accused no.03 namely, Bhaskar Saha. That the complainant is also an agent of the said company and he has not stated that he had at any point of time handed over any money to this petitioner or this petitioner had forged or committed any criminal breach of trust or cheated the complainant.
3. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
4. Heard. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Patamda P.S. Case No.35 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.2116 of 2015.
