Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel
for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hiranpur P.S case No. 07 of 2016 corresponding to G.R No.49 of 2016, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted and injured the daughter-in-law of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there was only simple injury on the injured. Learned counsel has produced the certified copy of the injury report. Let the same be kept on record.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Sandip Mandal, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.C. Narain, learned Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, or his successor, in connection with Hiranpur P.S case No. 07 of 2016, corresponding to G.R No.49 of 2016.
