Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Chandrapura P.S. Case No.66 of 2008, corresponding to S.T. No.73 of 2009.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted his mother by knife causing her death at the spot.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
