Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1113 of 2015.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have obtained the job of Anganwari Sevika on the basis of forged certificate.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner being a lady, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Kalawati Devi is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.95 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1113 of 2015.
