Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act, in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No.271 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1341 of 2015.
Petitioner was apprehended on 9.11.2015 and from the possession of the petitioner, one revolver, loaded with four cartridges, was recovered.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Prakash Sahu @ Chotu @ Chaddi is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No.271 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1341 of 2015.
