It appears that under order dated 20.09.2016, Joint Registrar (Judicial) was directed to hold inquiry as to whether order dated 20.09.2016 was communicated to the trial court or not?
Report of the Joint Registrar (Judicial) has been received in a sealed cover. Sealed cover was opened in the Court. From perusal of report dated 21.10.2016, it transpired that file of B.A. No. 5102 of 2016 was received from P.A. Section of Hon'ble Court on 24.09.2016 in the second half (Saturday) and the same was sent to the Dispatch Section from the B.A. / A.B.A. Section for onward transmission to the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro under the joint signature of concerned Section Officer & Assistant Registrar on 26.06.2016 and on the same day vide memo no. 21258, order was communicated to the S.D.J.M., Bokaro through FAX.
It further appears that order dated 20.07.2016 was signed on the same day.
Further, Joint Registrar (Judicial) is directed to hold an inquiry from P.A. Section as to under what circumstances, order dated 20.09.2016 and the record was lying in the P.A. Section for three days till 24.09.2016 and he is further directed to submit a supplementary report within six weeks fixing responsibility of the concerned officers.
List this case after six weeks.
