The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No.154 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.4421 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 47A of the Excise Act.
There is recovery of large quantity of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Bachan Kumar Mehta, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with, Ichak P.S. Case No.154 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.4421 of 2015.
