The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Rehla P.S. Case No.48 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1855 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 379, 411, 413, 414, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners were apprehended from a motor garage from where stolen vehicle was also found with changed registration number and it is alleged that the petitioners were involved in remodeling of the stolen vehicles.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, Kawal Dhari Vishwakarma & Sakendar Bishwakarma @ Sakendar Vishwakarma, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, or his successor, in connection with, Rehla P.S. Case No.48 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1855 of 2015.
