2/ 06.01.2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tiruldih P.S. Case No.17 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.920 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 423, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the informant and there is allegation against him to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Gullam Hussain Ansari @ Md. Hussan, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with, Tiruldih P.S. Case No.17 of 2015, corresponding to G.R No.920 of 2015.
