02/ 07.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 25(i)(e)/25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 850 of 2015.
The FIR shows that the petitioner was apprehended along with other co-accused. However there is no recovery of any firearm from the possession of this petitioner.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Ravi Das, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 850 of 2015.
