A show cause has been filed by the learned counsel for the opposite parties enclosing the reasoned order dated 30.04.2014 (modified by order dated 28.06.2014) indicating that the admissible post retirement and other service dues of Rs. 9,81,337/- is payable to the petitioner. Counsel for the opposite parties submits that payments are to be made in installments as per the reasoned order and the scheme being made for retired employees of MADA.
