02/06.02.2015 The present CMP has been preferred making a prayer for modification of the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in W. P. (S) No. 5110 of 2014 whereby by the petitioners have been directed to approach the Principal, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Jamshedpur, respondent no. 4. It is submitted that in some cases of the petitioners, who are non teaching employees, the Superintendent of the College is the Competent Authority.

Learned counsel for the opposite party does not object to the prayer.

Be that as it may, though the respondent no. 4, the Principal, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Jamshedpur, has been directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation, but in case in respect of some of the petitioners, the competent authority is the Superintendent of the College, their representation, if any, which have been made before the respondent no. 4, the Principal, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Jamshedpur, shall be forwarded to the Competent Authority/Superintendent of the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Jamshedpur for taking a decision in the matter.

The CMP stands disposed of accordingly. The order dated 17.12.2014 passed in W. P. (S) NO. 5110 be read alongwith the instant order.
