04/06.02.2015 A show cause has been filed by the opposite party no.1 seeking unconditional apology. It is also stated that the order bearing letter no.1dated 9.1.2015 has been recalled by him vide letter no. 34 dated 4.2.2015, which is annexed as Annexure-C to the supplementary show cause filed on 05.02.2015.
In that view of the matter, no case for contempt survives any more.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
